PowerDIW is an upcoming spin-off from the CIM UPC Foundation, revolutionizing 3D printing through its advanced Direct Ink Writing (DIW) technology. Our proprietary high-force extrusion system enables printing with dense and viscous materials such as ceramics and metals—unlocking new possibilities for industries like aerospace, medicine, and energy.
With installations in 11 research institutions across Chile, Portugal, and beyond, PowerDIW has already demonstrated its technological superiority. Our business model includes printer sales, material supply, and consulting services. As we move toward commercialization, we aim to finalize our spin-off in 2025, achieve CE certification, and scale internationally.
